Mr. Avishek Guha is a practicing Advocate with around 16 years of experience in the legal profession and is the proprietor of Guha & Co., he is enrolled in the Bar Council of India and West Bengal since January 2009. He has built a reputation by his result-driven approach and his sheer hard work and dedication, thereby contributing to the client’s success.
Previously he was a Partner in a renowned Kolkata based law firm and has been practicing at the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, National Company Law Tribunal, City Civil Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums and other Tribunals. He, has been a pioneer in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy proceedings since 2016, before the Hon’ble NCLT and NCLAT and has also have been appointed as a special counsel by State of West Bengal in matters before NCLT.
With several years of experience and a vast spectrum of clientele comprising of individuals, companies, banking institutions and non-banking financial institutions, he is competent in providing litigation services, of all kinds, and non-litigation services such as general corporate and commercial advisory, data privacy and protection, real estate.
