10. 10. Jurisdiction
    1. The T&C is governed by the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
    2. The usage of the Website by the User is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal without prejudice to the right of Us to take action in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
11. 11. Miscellaneous
    1. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Website must be commenced within 30 (thirty) days after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred.
